Fork #2 - 2006.01.27 -- ****
We were back at Fork to celebrate the return of Amnon. Despite being here only once, this already had become a "local favorite" for me. Instead of the prix fixe we opted to go a la carte tonight. Not surprisingly our focus were on seafood again.
Smoked salmon, tuna salad, gulf shrimp, cream of cauliflower, swordfish, scallops, and a butterscotch pudding. Overall the food this time were less spectacular than the first time, but being winter and a repeat visit perhaps that was to be expected. Everything was good (except the pudding since I dont like butterscotch), but nothing felt wow. Still, a lovely dinner.
